Privacy Policy

Updated October 22, 2026. Manifestology offers symbolic readings and personal development exercises. This policy describes the current service, including features that are not yet active.

Your assessment and contact details

We store your first name, date of birth, assessment answers, and calculated profile in this site's Netlify Database. Your email and optional marketing consent are stored separately as contact information. Name and email are also submitted to this site's dedicated Manifestology Netlify Form. Birth details and assessment answers are not included in that form or aggregate analytics.

Private access and storage

A first-party session cookie lets this browser return to the same reading. The cookie is HttpOnly and uses Secure on HTTPS. Progress is saved when you continue each step. A private reading link grants access to anyone holding it: treat it as confidential. The link uses a random fragment, not your name, date of birth, or answers. It is removed from the address bar when opened. Private API responses are not cached.

Retention and deletion

Free reading records expire after 90 days. A daily cleanup removes expired free profiles, contact records, and queued email jobs. Purchased records require a separate retention policy before payments open. You can delete your current database reading or withdraw marketing consent at My reading & privacy. Deleting a reading does not remove a separate Netlify Forms submission; request that deletion through Contact. Support requests and signup form records are retained until the operator deletes them.

Emails and consent

Completing the assessment automatically submits your name and email to the dedicated Manifestology MailerLite signup form. No separate signup checkbox is required. MailerLite manages the subscriber list and may request email confirmation. We do not send your birth date, assessment answers, or private reading link to MailerLite. Automated reading delivery is not connected; no reading email is currently promised. Automatic MailerLite signup does not record an explicit marketing opt-in for this site’s separate email queue. If marketing is activated, it must honor your consent and unsubscribe status. Purchasers must be excluded from non-buyer follow-ups. You can withdraw consent now through the privacy controls; this suppresses marketing for reading records associated with that email address. A later explicit opt-in can renew marketing consent, but purchase-related suppression remains in place.

Service providers

Netlify provides hosting, Forms, database storage, and customer account authentication. Google Fonts receives technical browser information when fonts load. MailerLite processes email subscriptions submitted when you complete the assessment. You can unsubscribe using the link in MailerLite emails. The privacy controls here suppress this site’s queued marketing; to leave the MailerLite list, also use its unsubscribe link. Deleting a reading here does not delete a MailerLite subscription; request removal through Contact. No inherited checkout or analytics provider is connected in the application. Payment-card information is not collected here. Information may be processed outside your country.

Aggregate measurement

We count allowlisted funnel events by date without attaching a customer or session identifier. Event payloads do not contain names, email addresses, birth dates, or assessment answers. To limit abuse, the server temporarily stores a daily hash derived from the request IP address, separately from profiles and events, for up to two days. Netlify may also retain infrastructure access logs under its policies.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Use the dedicated contact form for requests you cannot complete with the privacy controls. Avoid including sensitive personal or financial details in messages.
